Biography

Rick Traugott is a National Coaching Certification Program Level 3 certified ice hockey coach in Canada.  Over the past 27 years, he has coached at all levels from Novice (age 8) through to the university level after finishing his playing career with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues. Rick has been a part of the Canadian National Women’s Team coaching pool for the past five years.  In 2013-14 he served as video coach with the National U18 team, winning a gold medal at the IIHF World Championship in Budapest, Hungary. As video coach with the Senior National Women’s Team in 2014-15, Rick has helped the team achieve a silver medal in Malmo, Sweden.
